The Team

Jérôme Dumont
General Manager

With over twelve years of experience in management, business management and project management, I have the opportunity today to apply my skills and my leadership involvement in a field I have been rubbing to since 1982, and which always fascinated me: the video games!

As a player, I am always amazed at the constantly renewed technical possibilities available to us!

I manage and coordinate the work of students, to deliver a quality game, within the prescribed period of one year. We work hard, among allrounders, and in a great ambiance!

Certified Scrum Master, I am the guarantor of the implementation methods of Agile project management, Scrum in particular.

In summary, I make sure that the students' passage at ENDI enables them to acquire skills and knowledge that will be major assets for their future career in game development!

François Barbeau
Producer

I've been working in 3D since 1994.
I started my career at Softimage, and have also gone through Cinégroupe, and more studies at NAD Center.

I have extensive experience as a trainer. Through the Institute of Informatics of Quebec from 94 to 99, and the College Bart from 00 to 05.

Over the past four years I have been a senior 3D artist at Sarbakan.

I am also an avid gamer since a very young age. From Coleco Vision to the 360, I'm still a player who is interested in all types of games.

Amélie Brouillard
HR Coordinator

In office since October 2008, Amélie has just completed a BA in Industrial Relations and a minor in Psychology at Laval University.

Dynamic, showing a unifying leadership, Amélie is a fervent gamer. It is with enthusiasm that she took this challenge to convey her passion for games to young university and college graduates.

Sport at heart, Amélie is team and results oriented. She intends to work at ENDI with the same determination which enabled her to maintain excellent results for more than 10 years in elite sports.

A career in the video game industry has distinct advantages. "This is a very challenging and constantly changing area, where the creative capacity of each and every one is constantly sought and put to work," concluded Amélie.

André Couillard
Skills Development Advisor

André has played its first games on monochrome screens, and has followed the developments in this field ever since.

After training in architecture, Andre chose to apply this knowledge in multimedia design in general, but especially in 3d and procedural compositing for film and television.

With a solid experience in video and 3d applications development as a software quality specialist for Autodesk, André has conducted a parallel career in teaching for over 10 years.

He is the one who performs the evaluation of participants, and who is responsible for the planning of training, workshops and Master Classes.
